What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the National Director of Strategic Accounts to manage and nurture relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for onboarding new members, guiding them through the initial setup process, and ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will monitor member engagement and adoption rates, proactively reaching out to clients to address any concerns and provide support. You will collaborate with the CompStak team to develop strategies for enhancing member experiences and driving retention. Additionally, you will gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and contribute to the overall mission of bringing transparency to the commercial real estate industry.
