What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with CompStak's most valued members, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience. You will work closely with the National Director of Strategic Accounts to develop strategies that enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with various teams to address client needs, providing insights and support to help them maximize the value of our platform.
You will also play a key role in monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. By analyzing data and feedback, you will help shape the direction of our Strategic Accounts vertical, contributing to the overall mission of revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our members and the company as a whole.
