Overview

ConductorOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and build relationships with enterprises in the Bay Area. You'll own the entire sales cycle and collaborate with various teams to position ConductorOne as a strategic partner. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive on building relationships with senior decision-makers and understand the nuances of IT strategy and security priorities. Your ability to craft compelling value propositions sets you apart, as you can clearly articulate how ConductorOne addresses real customer challenges. You are energized by landing new accounts and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Desirable

Experience in identity security or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You are comfortable working with channel ecosystems, including VARs and strategic partners, to expand reach and drive joint success. Your professionalism and positivity shine through in every interaction, embodying ConductorOne’s core values.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demos, RFPs, negotiation, and closing deals. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering value propositions that resonate with potential clients, ensuring they understand how ConductorOne can solve their identity security challenges. Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers will be key to your success, as you will need to deeply understand each customer’s business and IT strategy.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive pipeline and engagement, ensuring that customer delight is at the forefront of your efforts. Your role will also involve representing ConductorOne’s core values in every interaction, leading with professionalism and positivity. You will be part of a high-performing sales team, contributing to the overall mission of redefining identity security.
