What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, guiding them through their migration to Vercel and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will proactively manage accounts, addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with the resources they need to succeed on the Vercel platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Vercel's goals and objectives. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization.
