Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the Financial Services Industry, and possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Your experience includes managing complex sales cycles and demonstrating value to C-Level executives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, asking hard questions and providing honest feedback to drive team success.
You understand the importance of a consumption and growth mentality, and you are adept at prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively guide discussions and negotiations, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quarterly sales targets.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in large, complex accounts within the FSI segment. You will proactively prospect and develop a robust sales pipeline while continuing to grow consumption in existing customer accounts. Your role will involve leading and executing strategic sales cycles, showcasing the value of Confluent's offerings to C-Level stakeholders.
You will become an in-depth expert in Confluent's product suites and the competitive landscape, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that you understand their needs and how Confluent can meet them.
