You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a value-driven model, and possess a hunter mentality that drives you to proactively seek out new business opportunities. Your experience includes working with diverse and complex territories, allowing you to navigate various market challenges effectively. You are skilled in prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you can close deals efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services teams is essential for ensuring customer success and satisfaction. You thrive in a team-oriented environment where you can share ideas and strategies with colleagues to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our innovative data streaming solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. You will proactively prospect and identify potential clients, developing a strong sales pipeline that you will manage from initial contact through to closing. Your role will involve presenting compelling value propositions to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Additionally, you will own the entire sales process, working with team members across business development, customer success, and support to drive results.
