Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your experience includes working with small and medium-sized enterprises, where you've successfully identified and closed new business opportunities. You possess excellent negotiation skills and a hunter mentality, always looking for ways to drive revenue growth. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to ensure customer success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a diverse and complex sales pipeline.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across large territories. You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline, owning the entire sales process from start to finish. You will develop and present a compelling value proposition to potential clients, ensuring that you understand their needs and how Confluent's solutions can meet them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your role will involve regular collaboration with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall sales performance.
