You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the tech industry, with a proven track record of success in a value-driven sales model. Your experience includes effectively selling solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises, and you possess a 'hunter/closer' mentality that drives you to exceed sales targets. You are skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and leadership, and you thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork is essential.
You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and have a knack for identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide honest feedback makes you a valuable team member. You are not just focused on closing deals but also on ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a LATAM Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in large, diverse, and complex territories. You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline, managing the entire sales process from start to finish. Collaborating with team members in business development, customer success, and support will be key to your success in this role.
You will participate in the development and presentation of a compelling value proposition to potential clients, ensuring that Confluent's solutions meet their unique needs. Partnering with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services, you will work to guarantee customer success and satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
