What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through the complexities of deploying and optimizing the Confluent platform. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand their goals and map out solutions that drive adoption of Confluent's technology. Your responsibilities will include advising customers on best practices, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring the scalability and health of their deployments. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for optimization and influence customer roadmaps to align with their business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, helping to shape the future of the Confluent platform. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are being met. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to empower customers to leverage the full potential of the Confluent platform. Your success will be measured by the satisfaction and success of your customers, as well as your ability to drive adoption and usage of Confluent's technology.
