What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, Delivery, and Customer Success Architects in Japan. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the ongoing health of customers by providing both business-focused and deeply technical guidance as they adopt Confluent’s Data Streaming Platform. You will drive customer value and technical health while supporting business goals for renewal, expansion, and strategic growth.

You will collaborate closely with your team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will help your team address customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your leadership will be instrumental in building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer feedback with product development, helping to shape the future of Confluent’s offerings.
