What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all aspects of benefits for employees in India and EMEA, including renewals and Open Enrollment processes. You will assist in the implementation and execution of the Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and Annual Incentive Plan, ensuring that all processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with third-party agencies to ensure that benefits offerings are competitive and meet the needs of our workforce. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership, helping to shape the overall compensation strategy for the organization.

You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with local regulations and ensuring that all benefits programs are aligned with company policies. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you work to enhance the employee experience through effective compensation and benefits management. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of transparency and trust within the organization, ensuring that employees feel valued and supported.
