Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI allows you to create compelling dashboards and reports that inform strategic decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key performance metrics, enabling you to measure and monitor pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention effectively. Your ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner makes you a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders alike. You are passionate about leveraging data to solve commercial challenges and drive meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with field leadership to define and monitor key performance metrics across various aspects of the business. You will deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide both tactical and strategic decisions, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include interrogating data, experimenting with new approaches, and building dashboards that provide actionable insights to the field organization.

You will leverage Contentful’s Insight360 platform to ensure that the field organization has access to trusted, timely, and actionable data. As a hands-on analytics expert, you will guide leadership with fact-based storytelling that drives meaningful business outcomes. You will also collaborate closely with revenue operations, marketing, product, and finance teams to uncover opportunities that accelerate pipeline generation and improve conversion rates.
