You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI allows you to deliver high-quality insights that guide strategic decisions. You are a strong communicator, able to present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with field leadership, revenue operations, marketing, product, and finance teams to uncover opportunities that accelerate pipeline generation and optimize field performance. Your analytical mindset enables you to define, measure, and monitor key performance metrics effectively, ensuring that the organization is aligned with its strategic goals.

Desirable

Experience with Contentful’s Insight360 platform or similar analytics tools is a plus. Familiarity with data storytelling techniques will help you guide leadership with fact-based recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Contentful, you will serve as the analytics thought leader for our Field Organization. You will partner with various teams to define and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention. Your role will involve delivering high-quality insights and analysis that support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives.

You will interrogate data, experiment with different analytical approaches, and build dashboards and models that provide actionable insights. Your ability to guide leadership with data-informed recommendations will be crucial in shaping go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the field organization has trusted, timely, and actionable data to make informed decisions.
