You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, with a proven track record of transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI allows you to create compelling dashboards that communicate key performance metrics effectively. You are a strong communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

You possess a deep understanding of analytics methodologies and frameworks, enabling you to guide leadership with fact-based storytelling that influences strategic decision-making. Your hands-on experience with data interrogation and experimentation equips you to tackle commercial challenges through data-driven solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with field leadership to define, measure, and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention. You will deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining dashboards, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

You will leverage Contentful’s Insight360 platform to ensure the field organization has access to trusted, timely, and actionable data. By interrogating data and experimenting with different approaches, you will uncover opportunities that accelerate pipeline generation and improve conversion rates. Your role will be critical in shaping the go-to-market strategy through data-informed recommendations and forward-looking analysis, making a tangible impact on the growth and success of Contentful.
