Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI allows you to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You are a strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with operational goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to present data findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes is a plus, as is familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a knack for identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. A background in finance or accounting will help you connect business performance with financial outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and finance leadership, providing visibility into topline performance, revenue, spend, and profitability trends. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure that financial insights align with operational goals. As a Data Steward for the Finance organization, you will help drive data capture improvements and ensure strong data hygiene for finance-owned data. You will partner with the central Data team to define financial data requirements and influence data quality initiatives.
