Who you are

You have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI allows you to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align financial insights with operational goals. Your financial acumen enables you to connect business performance with financial outcomes effectively.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities to optimize investments and accelerate growth. As a Data Steward for the Finance organization, you ensure strong data hygiene and drive improvements in data capture processes. Your ability to define key metrics and attributes is crucial for maintaining high data quality across finance-owned data.

Desirable

Experience with financial modeling and dashboard design is a plus. Familiarity with data platforms like Contentful’s Insight360 will help you hit the ground running. You thrive in environments where you can influence decision-making through data-driven insights and are motivated by helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and finance leadership, providing visibility into topline performance, revenue, spend, and profitability trends. You will collaborate closely with the central Data team to interrogate datasets, define metrics, and build models that inform decision-making across the company. Your analytical insights will play a critical role in driving growth and improving efficiency.

You will be responsible for designing dashboards that visualize key performance indicators and trends, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for optimization and presenting your findings to leadership in a clear and compelling manner. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that financial insights align with operational goals and priorities, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
