Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in partner enablement or a related field, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute a partner enablement journey that drives successful customer outcomes. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, management, and operations teams to align goals and initiatives. You are adept at creating programmatic enablement models that blend go-to-market strategies with technical training, ensuring partners are well-equipped to deliver value. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, empowering your team to achieve ambitious targets. You understand the importance of measuring impact and are skilled at using data to drive decisions and refine strategies.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with systems integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs). You have a strong network within the partner ecosystem and can leverage relationships to enhance enablement efforts. A background in customer experience or insights will further strengthen your ability to align partner strategies with customer needs.

What you'll do

As the Director of Partner Enablement at Contentful, you will own the global partner enablement strategy and roadmap, focusing on both SI and ISV partners. You will define the partner enablement journey, ensuring that partners have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role involves standing up a programmatic, tier-aware enablement model that includes clear milestones and checkpoints for partners. You will manage a global enablement team, coordinating efforts with field enablement and implementing partner-led train-the-trainer motions. You will work closely with the Customer Experience organization to ensure that partner enablement aligns with overall customer success initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling partner impact, improving delivery quality, and driving measurable outcomes in pipeline, revenue, and adoption. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment where partners feel supported and empowered to grow their businesses alongside Contentful.
