You have extensive experience in partner enablement and a proven track record of building successful programs that drive partner success. Your leadership skills are complemented by your ability to operate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization, collaborating effectively with teams such as Partner Marketing and Revenue Operations. You understand the importance of creating a unified partner enablement strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances partner capabilities. You are adept at managing high-impact teams and have a strategic mindset that focuses on scaling partner impact and improving delivery quality.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to engage with partners effectively and foster meaningful relationships. Your experience includes defining and implementing enablement journeys that support partners in achieving successful customer outcomes. You are comfortable with programmatic approaches and can blend go-to-market strategies with technical enablement tracks. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving measurable pipeline, revenue, and adoption outcomes for partners.
Desirable
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with systems integrators and independent software vendors. You may have a background in customer experience or insights, which would enhance your ability to understand partner needs and deliver tailored enablement solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the global partner enablement strategy and roadmap, ensuring that both systems integrator and technology partners are equipped to sell and implement Contentful effectively. You will define the partner enablement journey, creating clear milestones and checkpoints that guide partners through their engagement with Contentful. Your leadership will be crucial in standing up a programmatic, tier-aware enablement model that blends go-to-market and technical tracks, ensuring partners receive the support they need at every stage of their journey.
You will manage a global enablement team, providing guidance and resources to ensure that your team can deliver high-impact enablement initiatives. This includes collaborating with field enablement teams and leveraging partner-led train-the-trainer motions to maximize the effectiveness of your enablement programs. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of your initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and adapt your strategies as needed.
