Contentsquare is seeking a Manager of Customer Experience Marketing to enhance customer relationships and drive loyalty in the North and Central European markets. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer experience and marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of building relationships and driving customer loyalty, and you are passionate about transforming clients into brand advocates. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey the voice of the customer across various teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to create impactful customer experiences. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. You are excited about the opportunity to work in a global, fast-growing company and contribute to its success.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or digital analytics industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience analytics tools. A background in managing marketing campaigns that focus on customer engagement and retention is also desirable. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills that will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are at the forefront of marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty. You will analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will support the MENAT region, providing insights and strategies tailored to that market. You will be responsible for creating and managing content that resonates with customers and showcases the value of Contentsquare's platform. You will also participate in customer events and webinars, engaging directly with clients to foster relationships and gather feedback.
