What you'll do

As the People Tech Systems Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and strategic aspects of Pleo's People Technology landscape. You will ensure that the People Tech stack is scalable and reliable, supporting the company's growth and enhancing the employee experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify their needs and translating those into thoughtful technical solutions. You will also work on integrating different systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
