What you'll do

As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the culinary team at Convene's 225 Liberty location. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and served promptly. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop innovative dishes that reflect the brand's commitment to quality and creativity.
