Overview

Conversica is hiring a Product Manager for their Automotive Vertical to own product strategy and execution. You'll leverage your automotive domain expertise to deliver customer-driven solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly within the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of dealer and OEM workflows. Your expertise allows you to translate customer and market insights into clear product direction, ensuring that the products you manage meet the needs of the market. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and have experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive product outcomes.

You possess strong technical fluency, which helps you communicate effectively with engineering teams, but your primary strength lies in your domain expertise and ability to prioritize based on customer needs. You are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and can navigate complex discussions to align product strategy with business goals. Your experience in the automotive sector gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within this vertical.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product strategy for Conversica's Automotive Vertical, leading the discovery and execution of product initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and market trends. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for prioritizing product features based on customer feedback and market analysis, ensuring that the product remains competitive and relevant. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather input for future enhancements. You will leverage your automotive domain expertise to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the product line.
