What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of the User Group Program, you will own the evolution and operationalization of Coupa's global user group initiatives. You will manage a small team dedicated to supporting existing virtual and in-person user group events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of participants. You will lead the full implementation of Bevy, a platform designed to build a scalable program where meetings are led by customers for customers. Your role will involve overseeing the ongoing operations of user groups on Bevy post-launch, ensuring that they continue to thrive and provide value to members.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align user group activities with broader company goals and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance user engagement, gathering feedback from participants, and using that information to refine and improve the program. You will also be responsible for reporting on the success of user group initiatives, providing insights to stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
