What you'll do

As the Manager of Inside Solution Advisory, you will lead a team of Solution Advisors, guiding them in their efforts to promote Coupa's AI-driven platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions provided meet the needs of our clients and align with industry best practices.

You will architect a world-class team of storytellers and problem-solvers, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will oversee the development of training programs and resources that empower your team to effectively communicate the value of Coupa's solutions. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve our offerings.
