Who you are
You have a strong background in sales compensation management, ideally with experience in global commission plans. Your analytical skills allow you to generate individual compensation plans and perform accurate calculations for commissions payouts. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and transparency in compensation processes.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex compensation structures to various stakeholders. Your attention to detail ensures that all calculations are precise and compliant with company policies. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within the sales compensation framework and are eager to implement innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Sales Commissions International, you will oversee the end-to-end sales commissions plan for the EMEA and APAC regions. This includes generating individual compensation plans tailored to the needs of the sales team and ensuring timely and accurate calculations for commissions payouts each month. You will partner closely with Coupaβs Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the commissions strategy.
