Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales compensation management, with experience in calculating commission and incentive payments accurately according to sales plan provisions. Your attention to detail ensures that payments are timely and reconciliations are resolved efficiently. You are comfortable working with sales and finance management to provide performance analysis and reports. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of clear communication in the administration of sales plans.
You are data-driven and analytical, capable of performing revenue tracking audits and cost analysis to support the development of sales commission programs. Your ability to analyze complex data sets allows you to model alternative designs and provide insights that drive sales performance. You are proactive in identifying issues and resolving them, ensuring that the sales team is supported effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for calculating commission and incentive award payments to sales personnel based on established commission plan provisions. You will perform staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies, and quotas. Your role will involve reviewing commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all payments are processed in a timely manner.
You will assist in the development and implementation of sales plans, working closely with sales and finance teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Your responsibilities will include performing revenue tracking audits and conducting cost analysis to support decision-making processes. You will provide performance analysis and reports to sales and finance management, helping to drive strategic initiatives and improve sales effectiveness.
