You have a proven track record in leadership roles, particularly in customer solutions or professional services, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer success. Your experience includes managing teams effectively, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that customer needs are met with innovative solutions. You understand the importance of leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. You possess strong strategic thinking skills, allowing you to articulate service approaches and methodologies that align with customer goals. Your ability to predict and prescribe solutions based on data-driven insights is a key asset. You are adept at building relationships with stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the professional services landscape, particularly in the context of software sales.

What you'll do

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving significant contributions to Coupa's revenue growth and customer success across the Americas region. You will manage a team of 6-10 Professional Services sellers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients. Collaborating closely with Account teams, you will drive Professional Services sales, both alongside Software sales and as an independent motion. Your role will involve articulating Coupa’s service approach and methodology for delivery projects, with a strong emphasis on achieving early and measurable customer value.

You will work to enhance the customer experience by ensuring that your team understands and meets client needs effectively. This includes developing strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning the professional services team with the broader goals of the organization, ensuring that all efforts contribute to Coupa's mission of empowering businesses through innovative technology.
