What you'll do

As a Lead Solution Consultant, you will support pre-sales efforts by acting as a functional expert in Supplier Relationship Management. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Coupa's solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve driving customer design health assessments within the install base, identifying process inefficiencies, and proposing optimization opportunities across procurement and upstream systems. You will collaborate closely with sales and professional services teams to accelerate the close of service statements of work (SOWs). Your insights will help shape the implementation of Coupa's solutions, ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from their investment. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Coupa's offerings by providing feedback based on your interactions with clients and your understanding of industry trends.
