What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Coupang's Workday system, ensuring that it operates efficiently and meets the needs of the organization. You will collaborate with HR teams across Korea, China, and the US to gather requirements for system upgrades and enhancements. Your role will involve conducting thorough analyses of existing processes and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that the Workday system is aligned with best practices in HR management.

You will lead projects aimed at optimizing the Workday system, working closely with technical teams to implement new features and functionalities. Your expertise will guide the team in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions that enhance user experience. You will also play a key role in training HR staff on system usage, ensuring that they are equipped to leverage the full capabilities of Workday.

Additionally, you will monitor system performance and generate reports that provide insights into HR metrics, helping the organization make data-driven decisions. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in an accessible manner will be crucial as you liaise with various stakeholders.
