What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and operate IT services to ensure stable end-user support at the Changwon logistics center. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of IT endpoints and network devices, including PCs, PDAs, printers, and network equipment. You will also oversee the procurement and installation of supplies and equipment necessary for IT operations.

You will lead the deployment of IT services and site rollouts for business-critical projects and initiatives. Your role will involve managing IT asset compliance and accuracy through regular reporting. You will identify, report, and resolve system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes, ensuring effective incident response within the enterprise ticket system.

Monitoring and troubleshooting server and network performance (LAN/WLAN/WAN) will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will collaborating with vendor technical support engineers to resolve issues. You will continuously monitor KPIs and manage work/change requests to maximize operational efficiency.

Collaboration with internal and external IT teams and relevant business departments will be essential, as you will need to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships effectively. You will also support the design of remote IT service tools and user self-service options to enhance user experience.

Flexibility in working hours and on-site support will be required to ensure the successful delivery of critical business operations or projects. You will lead technology innovations and transformations aimed at improving performance and productivity across the organization.
