What you'll do

In this role, you will own the onsite technology experience end-to-end, which includes managing the readiness of conference rooms and onboarding new employees with their laptops. You will coordinate with vendors to ensure that all technology services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your focus will be on creating a seamless experience for employees, which means being proactive in identifying and resolving any technology issues that arise.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the office's technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly. Your role will involve regular communication with company leadership to ensure that their technology needs are met and that the office environment remains conducive to productivity.
