What you'll do

As an IT Operations Engineer at Taboola, you'll play a vital role in supporting employees across the APAC region by ensuring reliable IT systems, hardware, and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues on both Macs and PCs, as well as addressing networking issues and configuring infrastructure such as video conferencing tools. You'll act as the focal technical support point for APAC employees and managers, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly. Managing software updates, patches, and system upgrades will also be part of your role, along with overseeing system backups and maintaining data integrity. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for hardware purchasing and logistics for the APAC region, contributing to a seamless operational environment.
