What you'll do

You will improve operational processes to provide the best customer experience for both order customers and merchants. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to inform strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, and continuously monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. You will lead projects that drive innovation and efficiency within the merchant ecosystem, contributing to Coupang's mission of customer satisfaction.
