Proficiency in Chinese is essential, along with basic to intermediate English reading and writing skills to navigate internal systems and policy documents. You are comfortable using technology and familiar with tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office, enabling you to operate multiple web platforms simultaneously. What you'll do

As an IP Operations Operator, you will systematically review product pages, brand information, and seller data to identify and mitigate potential IP risks. You will apply internal SOPs to determine the approval or rejection of cases generated by the system. Your role involves verifying and investigating documents provided by sellers or internal systems to confirm the legality of products and sales channels. You will assist in system maintenance by setting, reviewing, and adjusting specific parameters to enhance the accuracy of monitoring tools. Maintaining high accuracy and productivity is crucial, as you will document each decision clearly and help analyze recurring patterns or anomalies in the data. Your contributions will play a vital role in protecting the marketplace's integrity and ensuring compliance with intellectual property regulations.
