What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backend architecture of Cresta's platform. You will design and implement scalable APIs that facilitate seamless interactions between AI systems and users. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of contact centers, enabling them to harness customer insights and improve operational workflows.

You will collaborate closely with AI and ML experts to integrate advanced algorithms into the backend systems, ensuring that the platform remains at the forefront of technology. Your responsibilities will include code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices in software development.
