You have 2+ years of inside sales experience, consistently exceeding targets and demonstrating a strong ability to manage client relationships. You understand the importance of client retention and are skilled at negotiating contract renewals. Your consultative approach allows you to provide exceptional service, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood. You are a strategic operator who can engage with customers effectively, working closely with internal teams to meet their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of your clients and your team.

Desirable

Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with field management solutions would be a plus. You are comfortable working with data and can leverage insights to drive business reviews and identify growth opportunities. Your ability to ask for referrals and uncover new business opportunities will be key to expanding your book of business.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Fieldwire, you will manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for retaining and increasing revenue within your managed book of business, conducting business reviews with strategic clients to assess their needs and satisfaction. You will work closely with the Construction Success Team to solve complex customer needs, ensuring that our solutions align with their project requirements. Your role will also involve expanding the book of business by actively seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Fieldwire's reputation as the most trusted field management solution for construction teams.
