What you'll do
As a Commercial Account Manager at Fivetran, you will own the incremental growth of your book of business by retaining and expanding customer accounts. You will approach your accounts strategically, tiering them to prioritize outreach and planning. Your role will involve identifying and driving increased usage of Fivetran's solutions, helping customers realize positive business outcomes. You will manage customer contracts from planning through negotiation to execution, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize growth use cases and identify opportunities for connector and usage additions. Your insights will be crucial in tailoring outreach efforts and ensuring that customers are fully leveraging Fivetran's technology. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
