Cresta is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager for their AI Agent team to create and optimize AI solutions for contact centers. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and requires strong product management skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents that enhance customer experiences in contact centers. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and inform product development. You will also define success metrics and track product performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer expectations. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams will be essential to ensure that product launches are successful and that customer feedback is integrated into future iterations.
