What you'll do

As the Regional Director of Sales, you will lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across the Midwest — your primary focus will be on recruiting top talent and developing their skills to excel in their roles. You will create and implement a comprehensive business plan aimed at overachieving sales goals, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will manage the entire sales ecosystem, from generating leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless process that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to develop go-to-market strategies that align with Cribl's objectives — your insights will play a key role in shaping the company's sales approach and overall direction. You will be part of a proven leadership team, contributing to the development of sales strategies that drive meaningful impact and fuel Cribl's continued success.
