You are a highly motivated technical professional with at least 5 years of experience in cloud technologies and customer support. You have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and are passionate about helping customers succeed. Your expertise in AWS and experience with support tools like Zendesk enable you to provide exceptional service. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that drive meaningful change.

Desirable

Experience with AI/ML technologies and a background in high-performance computing would be advantageous. Familiarity with technical support processes and a commitment to sustainability are also valued traits.

What you'll do
