You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex technical challenges related to virtual machines (VMs) and hardware failures. Your familiarity with command-line interfaces (CLI) and internal tools allows you to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

You have experience collaborating with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Networking, and Storage teams, contributing to root cause analysis (RCA) and ensuring seamless operations. Your proactive approach and initiative make you a valuable technical partner for customers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Crusoe, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support, ensuring rapid response to critical issues as part of a 24/7 support rotation. You will manage alert triage, support maintenance windows, and run node delivery testing to maintain optimal performance of our cloud infrastructure.

You will work closely with global engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, contributing to the overall customer experience. Your role will involve creating documentation and processes that enhance the efficiency of the support team and improve customer interactions.
