What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites, including scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight. You will support senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews. Monitoring construction progress will be a key responsibility, where you will help identify risks, delays, or quality concerns, escalating issues to project leadership as needed. You will interface with internal stakeholders such as engineering, procurement, and operations, as well as external partners like general contractors, vendors, and consultants. Participating in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation will be part of your routine, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process are aligned with project goals. You will also support budgeting and financial tracking to maintain project alignment with internal equity and market data.
