You have extensive experience in corporate development or acquisitions, particularly in the technology or infrastructure sectors. Your background includes leading investment strategies and executing complex transactions, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing deal structures. You possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of financial underwriting, allowing you to oversee intricate proformas and investment evaluations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with lenders and investment partners to secure project financing. Your leadership style is proactive, and you are adept at identifying new business opportunities that align with strategic growth objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the investment strategy for Crusoe's large-scale AI data center platform. You will lead the deal origination process, sourcing and identifying new business opportunities and large-scale land or infrastructure sites. Your expertise will guide the negotiation of term sheets, Letters of Intent (LOIs), Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), and Joint Venture (JV) documentation. You will oversee the financial underwriting process, ensuring that all investment evaluations are thorough and accurate. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for lenders and investment partners, coordinating capital to secure project financing. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of Crusoe's growth and innovation in sustainable technology.
