You have over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the FinTech sector, where you've successfully built and managed strategic partnerships. Your expertise lies in identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships that drive revenue growth. You thrive in high-impact roles and are motivated by achieving significant outcomes that contribute to the company's mission. You possess strong negotiation skills and have a track record of closing complex deals that create value for all parties involved. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing company. You understand the importance of aligning business strategies with company goals and have experience in leading teams to achieve these objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will originate and lead new partnership opportunities that expand Flex's strategic footprint. You will be responsible for the full deal lifecycle, from thesis development and pipeline creation to executive alignment, negotiation, launch, and multi-year scaling. Your performance will be measured by the success of new strategic logos, scaled distribution, and company-defining partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the SVP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to align on strategic initiatives and ensure that the partnerships you develop are in line with the company's overall vision. You will also engage with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the partnerships are effectively integrated and that they deliver the expected outcomes. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities that can enhance Flex's market position.
