Crusoe is seeking a Director of Executive Operations to lead the Executive Assistant function and provide direct support to the Chief People Officer. This role requires strong leadership and operational oversight skills.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Crusoe's Executive Assistant team, providing direct support to the Chief People Officer. You will manage a complex calendar, balancing shifting priorities across internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating travel, expenses, correspondence, and meeting preparation, ensuring that all logistics are meticulously planned and executed. You will lead the planning and execution of larger meetings, team forums, offsites, and People leadership sessions, ensuring that all details are covered and that the events run smoothly. You will maintain a keen awareness of the People teamβs priorities, allowing you to anticipate needs and proactively support the CPO in achieving organizational goals. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing scalable systems that enhance the EA function, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for executives across the organization.
