What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the on-site representative for People Operations at Crusoe's Tulsa facilities, acting as the primary local point of contact for HR-related matters. You will lead initiatives that support employee engagement and professional development, ensuring that organizational policies are effectively communicated and upheld. Your responsibilities will include site-level planning and workforce management, where you will contribute to organizational alignment and drive operational excellence.

You will work closely with HR and finance teams to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve balancing leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in daily operations, ensuring that the team remains high-performing and aligned with Crusoe's mission of innovation and sustainability.
