You have significant experience in people operations, ideally in a scale-up environment, where you've successfully managed the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders alike. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee and optimize the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless processes that enhance the employee experience. You will lead HR initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives, collaborating closely with teams across our European offices. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
