What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and optimize the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless processes that enhance the employee experience. You will lead HR initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives, collaborating closely with teams across our European offices. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

You will also play a key role in driving operational excellence within the People Department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. As a Senior Manager, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Your insights will help shape the future of the logistics industry in Europe, making a significant impact on the company's success.
