You have extensive experience in solutions engineering, particularly in deploying AI and ML workloads. Your deep technical expertise in Kubernetes and MLOps allows you to guide customers through complex deployments, ensuring they achieve optimal performance and scalability. You are comfortable in customer-facing roles and excel at translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Your passion for AI infrastructure drives you to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. You thrive in containerized environments and have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, enabling you to effectively manage and optimize workloads across different infrastructures. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges head-on and finding innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience with additional cloud services and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with various AI frameworks. You may also have a background in software development, which enhances your ability to collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to product improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical onboarding and deployment of AI/ML workloads for strategic enterprise customers. You will own the proof of concept (PoC) process, ensuring that customers are set up for success from the start. Your responsibilities will include architecting and deploying ML workloads using Kubernetes-based stacks, such as Ray and Kubeflow, while balancing performance, scalability, and efficiency.

You will serve as a critical technical voice between customers and engineering teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that customer needs are met. Your role will involve optimizing workloads post-sale, providing ongoing support, and helping customers navigate the complexities of AI infrastructure. You will also contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and improving deployment processes.
