Who you are

You have a strong background in civil engineering and technical project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale data center development projects. Your experience includes leading teams of external design engineers across various disciplines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet all technical specifications. You are adept at interfacing with clients, utility companies, and public agencies to determine best practices for civil and utility designs.

You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to review and interpret geotechnical reports and determine the best design practices to accommodate local site conditions. Your familiarity with GIS, FEMA, and topographic studies enables you to assess site feasibility for large-scale development projects effectively. You are also skilled in preparing conceptual level site test fits based on site constraints, ensuring that all designs are practical and achievable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of external design engineers to deliver large campus data center projects. You will interface with clients and public agencies to gather requirements and ensure that all designs align with local regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include reviewing geotechnical reports and site studies to inform design decisions, as well as preparing detailed site master plans and layouts in collaboration with external design partners.

You will work closely with Crusoe's internal land development team to gather information related to surveys and easement agreements, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated. Your role will also involve interpreting client design requirements and ensuring that all designs are aligned with internal equity and market data. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and making a tangible impact on Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through sustainable technology.
