You are a passionate individual with a strong interest in the crypto economy, eager to help customers navigate complex issues. Your empathetic approach to problem-solving allows you to deliver effective support while maintaining customer confidence.

You have experience using tools like Slack and Notion, which will help you communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Your ability to develop deep product expertise will enable you to assist teammates with best practices and workarounds, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will not just answer tickets; you will guide customers through their challenges and shape how we scale Customer Operations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve issues and surface valuable customer insights. Reporting bugs and sharing feature requests will be part of your responsibilities, as you champion the customer’s voice in product discussions.

You will own projects aimed at improving our processes, documentation, and help center experience. Your efforts will drive measurable improvements to time to resolution and customer confidence, making a significant impact on our operations.
